Allison “Alli” M.B. Webb, MD, MAT, ABIM, ABPN, is a double-board certified physician who is passionate about blending her knowledge as an internist and psychiatrist to provide whole-person health care.
Prior to joining Essential Health, she was a Major in the United States Army and served as the Division Psychiatrist for the First Armored Division. During her service in the Army, she found a particular interest in helping leaders, executives, and senior commanders find their most optimal health and mental resilience.
Dr. Webb graduated from the combined Internal Medicine-Psychiatry program at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and holds her medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine. During residency, she served as the Chair of the Organization of Resident Representatives (ORR) with the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) and was chief resident of the Internal Medicine-Psychiatry program at her institution. Dr. Webb has been recognized internationally by the International Conference on Residency Education with the 2020 International Resident Leader Award and nationally as the Alpha Omega Alpha Uniformed Services Chapter 2020 Resident Teacher of the Year. She is now advancing her education through the Institute for Functional Medicine and American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
Dr. Webb’s interests include longevity medicine, executive stress, burnout and integrative interventions to improve mental health. Dr. Webb attributes her joy in life to her loving family, including her husband and two daughters.
She is currently inviting patients to her concierge primary care panel who want to focus on optimizing their health and mental wellness to reach their maximal potential. She is also performing psychiatric consultations for those who are interested in an integrative approach to improving their mental health.
