Essential Health – Bozeman is excited to now offer a new level of primary care, Wellness Care, for patients who may not require regular physician visits, but who still need a medical home for comprehensive primary care appointments, specialist referrals, medication management, acute care and/or sick visits, travel medications, and other support.
Wellness Care is perfect for those who do not necessarily need the comprehensive attention of concierge care, but who are seeking a more personalized and flexible option for primary care services than typically offered by typical conventional primary care offices. Wellness Care features two distinct program levels, a Base program and an All-Inclusive program.
Base Program:
- Comprehensive primary care with acute and or/sick visits when needed
- Medication management
- Referrals to outside specialists
- Travel medications
- No lab review fees
Price: $175/month
Labs & specialty testing paid for separately
All-Inclusive Program:
- Includes all features above, plus
- Management of peptide therapy, hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1s (medication paid for separately)
- Quarterly labs
- No lab review fees
Price: $300/month

Wellness Care is different than our flagship Essential Primary Care program which includes concierge-style support with 24/7 access to your provider for urgent needs, same-day sick care visits, and yearly health assessments, among other exclusive perks.
Wellness Care was created and is spearheaded by Bozeman’s nurse practitioner, Kris Bailey, FNP-C, ABAAHP. She is currently accepting new patients into the program.
